Управління системою вищої освіти: регуляція і дерегуляція

Статтю присвячено дослідженню співвідношення між ринковою та неринковою компонентою, регуляції та дерегуляції в управлінні вищою освітою. Метою статті є дослідження змісту і напрямів модернізації освіти задля розробки концептуальних засад удосконалення механізмів управління системою вищої освіти в цілому та її окремими елементами – вишами. У статті виявлено можливості використання ринкових і неринкових форм відтворення освітніх послуг у вищій школі; уточнепно місце і роль нормативного планування у формуванні та здійсненні прогресивних моделей управління системою вищої освіти
